BEWARE THE SELF-LIMITING BELIEFS

We all have them. Most people don’t even know they exist, but one thing is certain about Renegades and the community that we surround ourselves with, is that we will open paths and doors that you haven’t walked down before. Part of the process is self-awareness. It’s not necessarily something that we set out to teach, and we don’t run courses on it. What happens is that this journey that we embark on, forces you to look inwards and see the kind of person you are and what, potentially, is holding you back. In my case, it was quite...

UP CLOSE & PERSONAL – SHAYNE WARDEN

Hello and welcome to the latest edition of Up Close & Personal!  It’s fair to say that we have a bit of glamour with us today, but behind the beauty is a steely lady with a passion for business.  It’s not all male and stale here at Renegades you’ll be pleased to know.  So, from my point of view this lady is an inspiration. I think it’s fair to say that we have a bit of a young superstar with us today.  It’s not all stale and grey here in Renegades.  I first met this guy about 12 months ago and was super impressed with his thinking and maturity.  He’s truly a great guy and normally whatever comes out of his mouth makes perfect sense.  So, let’s hope that happens today. . . From a very profitable paper round to a manufacturing apprenticeship, he’s lived the story from...

Burned Out and Washed Up

Clearly as a business owner we all feel jaded on times. Simply keeping the door open is a task in itself when you’re the person responsible for everything. Summer is in full swing and this is the time of year when everyone is looking forward to or planning a holiday with the family. I remember when this time of year filled me with dread for many reasons. First there was the expenditure. . .  Taking the family away can be pricey, particularly when you get stung like we do here in the UK, as soon as the schools shut...
