What is your refund policy?
Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not totally happy with your Renegade Mastermind membership benifits or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member. That’s why we don’t hold our members to long term contracts with Renegade Masterminds. You can leave whenever you wish, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied, then simply send us an email (admin@729renegades.com) and we will cancel your membership right away and refund that month’s subscription – no quibble. We’ll ask you to help us understand where we got it wrong though, as this will help us improve the experience for others.
Do I need to attend every coaching and mentoring call?
We encourage all EXPLORERS to attend all coaching and mentoring calls as we don’t want you to miss the extraordinary learning opportunities from these powerful events. However, members at PIONEER and higher levels will receive recordings of ALL calls which can be downloaded at any time. Access the recordings within travect.io and listen back at your convenience.
Do I have to become an EXPLORER first or can I go straight to one of the other groups?
There are no restrictions. You can join whichever group fits where you are today on your entrepreneurial journey.
Do I have permission to use the tools in my business??
Of course, feel free to use these tools as often as you wish. The only thing we ask is that you don’t distribute them to non-members as this will de-value your and your colleagues’ investment.
