Your MASTERMIND SUMMIT is held every 3 months at a 4 star hotel and spa situated in the beautiful English Cotswolds. The summit begins with a welcome coffee with your Group Leader at 9:00am on Wednesday and by 10am your Masterclass session will kick off the 3 day intensive growth process!

After Lunch, the first of your Hot Seat sessions will focus the process on personal and business growth for each member of the group in turn.

Sessions last 2 hours and are spread over the next 2.5 days. You’ll update your team on your progress, ask for support  on any challenges or opportunities you have and then get feedback from the team. Priceless.

Each month you’ll attend a 1-2-1 Mentorship Session. 

These online meetings held using our online platform are ALL ABOUT YOU!

Hosted by your group leader, this session is laser focussed on you, your opportunities and your challenges.

Structured and facilitated very carefully, this is an opportunity so address situations in a one-to-one environment and get your Group Leader to ask you the questions you won’t ask yourself… to challenge and stretch you in ways you won’t do yourself and to lift and support you in ways you won’t do yourself.

Just watch as you break through and achieve things you never thought possible.

Each month you’ll attend a Group Accountability Meeting. 

These are online meetings held using our online platform, and hosted by your group leader, every member will update the group on the actions taken from the previous meeting, the results and challenges encountered, and what needs to be done next. Each member will then get input from your group leader and your peers in the group. These events are recorded and sent to all members for ongoing reference.

Your Coaching and Mentoring Call will start at 4.30pm UK time every Thursday.

Your HostMasters for these calls are Renegade Faculty members, Andy Stace, Steve Matthews and myself Dave Dean, who will entertain you with our wit and wisdom in rotation…. from time to time, we will also be joined by a special guest who will share insights and tips on their specialist subject and their own stories of success and learning (never failure!)

We’ll share a short teaching on aspects of the Renegade Path then open up the lines so you’ll get the opportunity to interact with the Renegade Mentors, to ask questions and receive coaching and mentoring.

Observational Learning – Finally, don’t forget, even if you don’t yet feel ready to engage in the dialogue, the opportunity to learn from the interaction of others is incredibly powerful… you’ll pick up new ideas, solutions to your own challenges, tips from best practice in other industries that you may never have thought of…  Trust me, I’ve had over 30 businesses in many different sectors over 30 years of self employment and even though you think your business is different, the challenges we face are the same.
